The journey into a new life begins…..

THE JOURNEY INTO A NEW LIFE BEGINS……

Use your life to become all that you possibly can – anything else is selling yourself short

Never wait for opportunities to come to you – you must go out and make them

View any defeat in your life as part of a much larger victory

There is no ‘good’ or ‘bad’ luck only experience which presents to us opportunities for learning, and hence growth

Mistakes are only mistakes if we fail to learn from them and transform them

All problems have a corresponding solution

Everything is a lesson
Everyone is our teacher

Search for the truth of your own experience, within your inner life, not in the words of others

The positive enactment of your life comes from engaging with your inner guidance

Listen to the rhythm of your body – the rhythm of your life

Never allow your mind to upset your body

Silence and solitude are wells from which you replenish yourself

Avoid anger seeing it as a declaration of powerlessness

Remember that compulsively reacting to situations is a mild form of mental enslavement

The role of victim can be comfortably assumed and reinforced if we continue to go on in an unhealed way

When you embrace love, fear is ended

Terrorize the terror
Frighten the fear

Our notion of what it is being human is not fixed but ever expanding to richer possibilities

Believe in yourself

“ Where there’s a will there’s a way “ Meaning if the desire to achieve is strong enough it will overcome any obstacles

As the stars follow their celestial path you must follow your path of self-becoming

Never take anything or anyone for granted

Live in amazement at the wonders that surround you

JOURNEY WELL

Walt Whitman

” Grand is the seen, the light, to me — grand are the sky and stars,
Grand is the earth, and grand are lasting time and space,
And grand their laws, so multiform, puzzling, evolutionary;
But grander far the unseen soul of me, comprehending, endowing all those,
Lighting the light, the sky and stars, delving the earth, sailing the sea,
(What were all those, indeed, without thee, unseen soul? of what amount without thee?)
More evolutionary, vast, puzzling, O my soul!
More multiform far — more lasting thou than they.”
